- Continuously add value for Cre8tive and Cre8tive customers.
- Foster trust, cooperation, and a culture of excellence within the sales and implementation team.
- Drive excellence, improve our reputation as a manufacturing advice source.
- Manage sales objectives and create business opportunities.
- Promote Cre8tive's Implementation Framework, products, and services, contributing to growth.
- Drive change with empathy and leadership, bridging the gap between legacy and future states.
- Influence the team to persevere through disruptions and make informed decisions.
- Competitive base salary within the range of $100,000 - $140,000.
- Generous commission plan based on targets, outstanding service, teamwork, and professional development ranging from $100,000 to $300,000 annually.

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, MIS, IS, Education or related) or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5 plus years of proven and consistent success in selling high-value enterprise software solutions and services such as PLM, EDM, and other manufacturing technologies.
- Experience creating sales presentations, messages, position statements, and other sales collateral.
- Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with C-level, senior business IT executives or business owners.
- Ability to travel extensively, 40% for customer engagements.
- Build trust and effective communication at all organizational levels.
- Thrive in collaborative large interdependent teams.
- Have strengths in modeling best practices and maintaining deliverables.
- Be a champion of innovation, adaptability, and positive outcomes.
- Embrace an agile approach, breaking down complex solutions into logical, iterative stages.
- Apply expert knowledge processes related to PLM, EDM, and manufacturing technology using Revalize software.
